Dragon halberd is probably one of the slowest melee weapons in RuneScape, but it specs can hit 60-60’s or something with Overloads, Turmoil and Vesta etc.

@wolfodonal Depends on how close you are to your target. If u stand 2 steps away you should hit twice, if the target is within melee striking distance to hit you, then you only hit once.
lol u mean when the monster occupies 2 or more spaces then u hit twice or as twice as tall
